Living with mental illness or caring for someone with mental illness can be very difficult and sometimes isolating. You are not alone! Meet with others who can share with and empathize with your experiences. We offer support for both people who are experiencing mental illness, or those family members who are caring for them. Share your successes and failures with others, and learn things that will help you map your future better.
We offer two support groups.
